Having drinks at News Cafe Rivonia. The waitress that is serving us is a trainee and we understand that she will be a bit slow so when we request one of the experienced waitress 'Faith' to assist us she argues that she is not responsible for us so she won't help and she just turns around when I call her back to assist the trainer she decides to argue further with me then scold the trainee in front of us. I have never witnessed or experienced such rudeness and un professionalism at an establishment like News Cafe. I'd hate to come here ever again let alone when its busy.
