I ordered KFC delivery for the first time tonight and I will not be using their "so-called service" again! I placed my order at 8:30pm, it arrived only at 10pm. 1 and a half hours is a completely unacceptable delivery time, with not even an apology!!! I was then charged twice for delivery for who knows what reason, not to mention that the food was cold by the time it finally arrived! The receipt they gave me makes no sense at all, and I am completely convinced that I was overcharged. KFC has always had a fairly bad reputation in my mind, but this just made it 10 times worse. I won't make the stupid mistake of ordering from them again. SO FURIOUS!!!
