I have waited twice in 1 week for over 2 hours, is this the new time frame for food to arrive? 2 1/2 hours? cold? the first time i waited over 2 hours and had to return the food due to it being cold! now the second time im still waiting for the food! if you look at the system i order a few times every week without fail, there are other deliveries such as debonaires, nandos, etc who would deliver the food faster instead of keeping a paying customer starving! call and resolve this issue or dont deliver at all instead of wasting my time! half the time i just eat the damm cold food cause of how long i wait, or is this the method that you guys use? make the customers wait long enough so they just eat whatever they get?? what are you guys going to do about this?
