Most people are very eager to complain, and rightly so, but they are also not very eager to give a compliment when one is due. I had many bad experiences at different places, and i only complain when i know i'll be returning to the same place because maybe it was a one time problem that could be rectified. Spur is one of the best restaurants to take your kids to. It's the one place where you don't have to tell your kids to contain themselves and you as a parent can relax and have a good evening. Friday was one of those nights where my husband and i had a very good night at Red Rock Spur. It's been a longtime where i last had such a good cheddarmelt steak, done to such perfection. The crumbed mushroom started was excellent and it's the first time ever we cleaned our plates in a restaurant, but this time around it was finger licken good. The place was busy and stacked, but the service was excellent. I had to compliment the kitchen manager, Rowan, as his was standing in the kitchen the whole night, literally supervising all the plates leaving the kitchen. Well done Spur, and keep up the good work.
