Credit card machines for delivery use

I've always been a regular Andiccio Grayston customer due to their delivery service as they've given me the additional credit card service for delivery. My last two orders at Andiccio Grayston,
I was told that I couldn't make use of their credit card facility because their boss is around and all this time he didn't that the speedpoint is being used outside the store. Why is that???
