Bad Quality and lack of customer service response

Last week, I bought beg4mores (the sweet ones) and what a bad quality it was! I could hardly get the beg4mores out of the container, they were so gooey with syrup or guar gum or a combination of both. I took a picture of the syrup or guar gum and sent it to [Email Removed] on the same day. I am still waiting for a response, the combination of lack of response and terrible product makes me want to avoid Debonairs at all costs!
