Flirtatious Manager with No Delivery

I had placed an order with Clint who was flirtatious and unprofessional. After an hour when no delivery arrived i called to enquire i was told that they delivered to the wrong address when i clearly stated the address when ordering. he was rude and put the phone down on me when i called to speak to him regarding the service i was told that he was no available.
