Ocean Basket
Disappointed

I sat at Newcastle ocean basket on Saturday night ordered prawns and stir-fry, and it was the best food ever, nice juicy with proper vegetables.
came back home and decided to order the same meal at greenstone ocean basket, and got a stir-fry filled with non properly cut onions, which are not properly cooked, really if I wanted to order onion rings I would have gone to a restaurant that provides that, but here I just wanted to eat stir fry.
question is, did I get served such kind of food because I was ordering a take out, or that is the stir fry which is being provided at greenstone?
I thought franchise is suppose to serve the same food, no matter where you are, especially when you are in south Africa?
please try to maintain good service you providing to people, everywhere every time.
