On 28 Feb 13 at 18:41 (Inv: 53628), I ordered beef lasagne and asked for "Al forno" as offered on the menu. The order arrived promptly and hot. That is where quality stopped.
I was not charged for "al forno" as it was not done. I now know why? The dish was a revolting dry and tasteless item. It appeared to be a cheap TV dinner, in a tinfoil dish with cardboard cover, that was popped into the microwave prior to delivery. Disgusting!
I subsequently submitted an email on their customer service site on 01 March 2013 at 10:19 to express my disgust and disappointment. Guess what? Still no response! It appears that their customer service meets with the quality of their dish.
If you do not want to serve certain dishes, do not discourage patrons, just remove it!
