I ordered a Phuket Noodle dish at the Brooklyn branch for take away. One of my colleagues collected the dish and when he got to the office, the smell of rotten seafood quickly spread out in the office.

I took a drive down to return the food. The woman at the counter agreed that the seafood smelled off. I was then given an option to order another dish. I decided to play it safe and go for chicken. Now here is where the snag comes in. The rotten seafood dish was R69, and the chicken dish R54. After receiveing my chicken order I asked for my change and I was refused. The cashier told me that they will not be able to give me change because they had already swiped the card and they cant take it from the till.
Needless to say, I love my Simply Asia, but they have lost themselves a customer.
