Firstly, when ever I have tried to phone Nandos Grahamstown on previous occasions, they have this tendency to not answer the phone. I managed to get through to them today and the lady on phone could barely take my order as there was so much background noise. I ordered a mild starter livers and a regular peri chips and was told that it would take about 45 mins for delivery. As far as I can recall Nandos always used to deliver the quickest out of most fast food places in Grahamstown. After an hour, I phoned Nandos again to find out where my order was and was told that it was on its way. My order was delivered shortly afterwards. When I asked the delivery man why it was so late, he told me that none of their bikes were working and that he was using his personal car. The food was cold and I didn't get what I ordered. The roll was still its original packaging (clear packet that would usually hold 6 rolls) and was squashed and stale. I was given normal chips as opposed to the peri ones that I had ordered and the livers serving only filled a quarter of the box. There was no butter for the roll either. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable.
