I visited Subway at Canal Walk on Staurday 2 March 2013. The pictures on the back wall and menu make each meal look fantstastic, scrumptuous, juicy, full and overall delicious. However when the gentleman making my Steak and Cheese (Foot Long for R) commenced making my sandwhich (which is not by any means cheap) I was completely dissapointed when what he was in the process of making looked NOTHING like the picture advertised with the price tag of R48.50. This is where I draw the line. I explained to him that what is was preparing looks nothing like the picture (less than half the steak or cheese) this is what it should have looked like [URL Removed] . He responded with the fact that none of them do. A brand that drives healthy eating, but the fact that what they deliver is a based on what is promised or is it just a rip off and South Africans don't complain. Management in the store could not be bothered so I walked away. 2 2 customers in the queue waiting for their order agreed with me and left as well. Currently the only healthy FF eating option that is promising delivery on what you order is Kuaia... hence where I shall be going in future.
