I visited Spur Rosebank last night at around 9pm and purchased a take away order. It was quite late when i reached home, hence i could not take the order back. I dont think much effort was put into preparing my order. I ordered 2 x 300g cheddamelt steaks. When i reached home and opened my order, i found that they forgot to put Cheddamelt sauce on the steaks, and one steak was much smaller and didnt look like 300g at all! It looked like they gave me 1 x 300g and 1x 200g. My one steak was overcooked to the point where it was dry and burnt. I also ordered a nachos and it had about 2 pieces of feta cheese and maybe a spoonful of salsa. It was very dry. Lastly, the buffalo wings had a strand of hair in the box. I visit this spur frequently for sit down and have never received such poor service. Terribly dissapointed
