Worst ever Subway Greenstone Mall

Last Saturday the 11 January my fiance? and I went for brunch at Subway in Greenstone Kempton Park. When we order we were told they don't have stock of everything and only one sub which we can share. We then took what they offered and I wanted pickles on mine to and latterly got 3 slices of gherkins and then they had no cheese and eventualy bought processed slices cheese and divided one slice between my fiance? and myself... we still had to pay the full price. We order coffee and got the suger in an old chipped mug full of coffee clots and suger clots. I even took n picture as proof. The manager refused to speak to me and after a week of phoning the headoffice and leaving messages no one has even come back to me on this. This is utterly unexcusable and the worst service and food ever not even to mention the sugar in the chipped mug... how can you service people in such a health hazard??? Not even having enough stock and letting people pay full price... I would like a refund and an apology... this is the worst Subway ever!!!
