Bad attitude

As always, I went to Subway to Order the Veggie Roll. I always have avo and have never had to pay for it.
I've always paid R19.90. The girl with the lip piercing tried to ring up my order as R28.00 and I said it's a R19.90 order. She tried to argue with me with no such luck. Then she charged me for avo (which I have never paid for) and gave me some attitude. I told her that there is no sign or anything stating we should be paying for avo and she says that they must still do that. So how the is this MY fault and why should I pay for Subway's mistake. Sure, it's a few extra rand... but it's the principle. Besides, I do NOT need HER attitude. She was RUDE!
I ended up paying for SUBWAYS mistake in the end. Disgusted. Can you not hire people with LESS of an attitude. If she doesn't want to work there, employ someone who does. Pathetic service!

On a better note, the rest of the staff are wonderful. It's that bad apple that needs to be looked at! Seriously!!
