I wish more people treated their customers the way he did me. What a star, Mohammed contacted me the same day of my original complaint and explained to me how Subway works and how it has to adhere to American regulations. He was most apologetic and offered to replace the meal we wasted, he even suggested his Chicken Mayo and told us how he did things differently to other branches by really packing the Chicken mayo on rather then pre-measuring the 60grms per roll. We went through last night for dinner and he was spot on. His chicken mayo is outstanding indeed. we licked out fingers clean and while he was not there to chat me me Refiolwe was and she made the rolls herself and she was a Gem. Mohammed even called me a few hours later to make sure I was happy and chatted to my hubby to make sure he was happy too. Stunning comeback guys and going on the wonderful meal we had last night we are now Subway fans. Thanks for making the effort for one customer, you have us hooked for sure.
