Subway is my favourite food outlet because of the fact that the food is healthy. I take Subway over any other food outlet every time! I am a very regular customer of Subway (at least twice per week), and I'm starting to get very annoyed that simple things are always out of stock.

Last night, I asked for a Spicy Beef Marinade salad, but they didn't have spicy beef. So I changed my order - then I was told that there aren't lids for the salad bowls. There weren't lids for the salad bowls a week ago either. How can there not be lids? I was then ASKED would I like mozerella or cheddar cheese - so I said Cheddar. The lady behind the counter then told me "Oh sorry, there is no cheddar". Surely she would have known that before asking.

I am also tired of the slow service at the Canal Walk branch during lunch time. The staff members chat to one another while preparing your meals, as well as make mistakes with what salad ingredients you want. I have often had to stop them before they put chillies on my subs, after specifying that I do not want chillies.

Come on Subway, it's time to jack up the service and order stock in advance so you dont run out!
