I have never had such a bad experience, with trying to place an order over the phone.
I had to repeat my name 3 times, while he kept asking again and again what my name was. Then I started giving my address. It got as far as 21 my house number, yet again he made me repeat it 3 times.
Honestly how can you put someone behind the phone taking orders who can hardly speak English or spell. It is just absolutely rediculous. Never again will we ever try and order food from them.
