A week ago, I placed an order with the Malibongwe branch. Upon placing the order, I enquired if there were chocolate cup cakes. I was told they have three. I asked them to send all three and a pizza. An hour later the driver arrives to say... The phone was too busy for them to phone me, they have not got 3 chocolate cup cakes, so have brought red velvet instead. I opened the pizza box to check the pizza, as before it had happened that the pizza was not thoroughly cooked. Seeing this pizza was not cooked properly, and the lack of a phone call, I sent all the food back. Today I tried to place an order, and was told they don't want my business ever again.
So basically in order to have good pizza sometimes, I should deal with their incompetence and accept a chewy flowery and bread like base on a thin based pizza?
I ask everyone to stop supporting an organisation that treats the customer like obligation.
