FAILURE OF SAFETY

On the 23rd of February our family were eating at Cape Gate Mc Donalds. We sat on the colour seats of Mc Donalds with NO BOARDS OR SIGNS stating seats are broken. My little daughter of 1 year and 9 months sat still on the chair only to reach for a chippie. The whole blue plastic round part seat came loose and she fell down and hit her back of her head as well as fore head.. We did report to the Manager and she said someone will phone us. Only 24 hours later someone phoned us, but the information that person got is that it happened on the Sunday the 24th and not the 23rd. They tried to cover up. Then we were told to take my daughter to Cape Gate ER 24 to be checked out. She has been diagnosed with multiple head injuries and on her body. They said they will pay for everything. (We have the proof of that messages). The doctor said that we must bring her back in 2 - 3 days. We took her back yesterday the 27th of February and to be told that it was more serious and that my daughter needs a CT Scan and needs to stay over for 2 nights. As we approached Mc Donalds representative, they told us THEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR PAY FOR ANY OF THE MEDICAL BILLS!!! WHATTO DO???
