I bought a couple of Snack Burgers the evening of 28 February 2013. I got home at about 20:00 as the drive through was backed up around the block as it normally is. I ate the snack burger, and on the last one, I found a piece of lettuce that was so rotten, I nearly gagged when I bit into it. I immediately threw away the burger. At about 2am I woke up feeling extremely nauseous, and rolled around for about an hour when I suddenly had to jump up and run to the toilet. I spent the rest of the evening here as every time I lay down, it started all over again.
This is not the first time this has happened at this KFC. On previous occasions, I have received under cooked meat on the burgers, but I was lucky enough to see it in time and return it to the KFC.
This branch is a horribly excuse for a food provider, as they serve off, undercooked food and half their equipment is broken most of the time. On this particular evening, the ice cream machine was broken and it took them 15 min to prepare my snack burgers (which caused the nausea!)
Most of the staff also become very rude and arrogant when you complain at the store, which is why I reverted to this website.
