Disgusted about the bad service

Today (27th of February 2013) I went to their store to get ice coffee and this staff was really rude I paid with my card and he's till got stuck so while he was still busy trying to fix he's till I pulled my card out of the machine tore of the receipt and placed the merchant copy next to the till he took the receipt threw at me and spoke in Zulu thinking I could not hear him he's fellow colleague told him that the receipt he was throwing back was their copy and he said why was I throwing the receipt as if I was drunk (this was said in Zulu) and when I asked him what he had said to me (in Zulu) he replied saying. He was speaking to a fellow staff member I'm not happy with their service and I'm so disappointed at how they treat their customers when he's fellow staff member told him to apologize he said he was not going to apologize, I buy my coffee at VIda every morning the one at umhlanga on chart well drive and have never been treated like how gateway treated me on chart well drive they go out of their way to make me feel welcome and make me want to come back the following morning to get a latte I'm really disgusted by how gateway treats customers.
