Hi... I would just like to bring to light a communication error at Nandos Meyersdal. This happens time and time again, and i dont know if it is because the people taking the order cant handle the pressure, or dont understand english over the phone. For the second time in 3 weeks, i have gotten the wrong order. Or the right order minus some of the stuff. Last night i placed an oder to collect telephonically, as i ordered for the whole family it was a rather large order. When i went to go collect 20 minutes later, i walked in and my order was "ready". Upon dishing up at home, i realised i didnt receive my one half a chicken, i didnt receive my starter livers or roll, and my potato wedges turned out to be chips. Needless to say, i was rather annoyed and it completely destroyed my appetite. I will rather support KFC around the corner from the nandos.
