Poor service

I went to collect my pizza, which I ordered over the phone. when I got to the shop the 2 Cashiers were busy talking to each other. As a result the Que was slow as if it was 20 customer and we only 8 or so. Only to realize when I approached the counter that the were busy gossiping about customers instead of doing their jobs
