Being a regular customer for some years it is sad to see this establishment go to the dogs. I am sure if it was inspected by the health department it would be closed down. The toilets are the worst I have ever experienced. Toilets that don't flush properly, always floating in them (literally). Urine drenched floors and the stench is enough to make the strongest of people gag and wrench.
The floors in the pub are not fit for the cattle market, heaven forbid you drop something, my advise would be to leave it there even if it your cell phone or money.
The service is falling to an all time low, all staff from management down have a I don't give a darn attitude. If you want to eat there good luck, just remember most of the staff have been to those disgusting toilets and haven't washed their hands.
Surely head office or Mr O'Hagen himself can get involved, at the end of the day it is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to the whole group and everyone who works for them.
