Last night at the Brazen head I was shocked by the Managers (wont put your name in just yet) attitude. Doesn't matter what the client cant be chased out or shouted at. They have a small Casino area, apparently there was no more money to pay out so all machines was switched off, at 10 o clock. Long story short the manager made a mess of trying to think up an excuse for this, saw he was stuck and decide to tell me to leave HIS pub.. Other remarks was also made by him but at the end of the day, everyday people complain about the pathetic service, and to proof this, 4 managers and 4 waiters fired in 6 months... If they had a box of complaint letters at the door, it would have to be filled every day no doubt..
