WICHITA SPUR at Eastgate, Bedfordview

TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
On Monday evening the 25th November (approx. 8PM) my wife and I went to the
Wichita SPUR at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Bedfordview and ordered the
'2 for the price of 1' Burger/s Special.
My wife ordered a Chicken Burger (and vegetables) whilst I ordered a Beef Burger (and chips).
My wife's Chicken Burger and the vegetables was fine!
My Beef Burger was burnt and cold and on cutting into it looked a 'grey' (sickly) colour
AND the onion rings were were half-burnt and half-raw and not crispy AND the breadroll
was old and definitely not fresh.
I sent my Burger back - after a few minutes the waiter returned with a heaped plate of chips
and a bottle of tomato sauce? Why?
My 'replacement' Burger arrived after 12 - 15 minutes: the Burger was better BUT the
breadroll was once again cold and old and I struggled to cut it even with the sharp steak knife
AND the tomato on top seemed to have been just taken out of the deep freeze AND the onion
rings were once again half-burnt and half-raw and not crispy!
