AS my wife was in hospital, I decided to go to the Spur for supper with my son, We ordered 1x beef burger and 1 x chicken burger (no onions). The food arrived both with onions and also two Beef burgers (no chicken burger) As we were in a hurry to get to the hospital we decided not to complain. Halfway through we found that one of the burgers was half cooked, we complained to the manager who wanted to make up another burger, but as we had a time constraint we said no. when we were leaving he gave us a packet with a burger and chips, this was for later, Would you eat a reheated burger and chips the following day?
We are very unhappy the way the whole episode was handeld. I also complained to the complaints line 10 days ago and have had no response from them.
