Disgusting attitude from manager on duty

My friends and i ordered a meal from the lady at the drive through. We were meant to get R12 change. She gave us R2 change. When we told her she still owes us R10 she told us we were lying. (Why would we about R10?) Anyway... So after a minute of, she called the manager. He didn't even acknowledge us, he just opened the till and started counting the money. After about 4 minutes he had finished. He then stuck his head out the window and said that the till was right and that we had wasted everyone's time. Weather he counted right or not isn't the issue as its JUST R10, his disgusting attitude toward us and directing that we were trying to pull a fast one on him was insulting. He wouldn't listen to anything we said and he told us to leave. If he had spoken to us with the slightest bit of respect, we would have been totally ok with it. All he needed to say was " Hey guys. I counted the till and everything balances. There's not much i can really do as there's no evidence at all, i'm so sorry for the mixup but these things happen." I wouldn't be writing this complaint. No apology was given to us all. Manager material... maybe not?
