What a shocking experience and a total waste of my time!!! It was my sons birthday so we booked well in advance requesting a gazebo table to be near the jumping castle. When we arrived with my son and his friends the table was not available and we were offered a smoking area table (with 4 kids in tow) or an inside table (totally unsuitable to be able to supervise kids). SHOCKING!!! How can a booking that was done well in advance not be honoured??? You can imagine how my son felt and having to find something else at short notice on a Saturday afternoon on payday weekend, friends in tow. DISGUSTING SERVICE MIKE'S KITCHEN!!! You know what the scary part is is that exactly the same thing has happened before and therefore we stopped frequenting Mike's - my son requested Mike's for his birthday so we thought we would give them another chance.
