On Saturday 11 May, my parents and I decided to go out for breakfast. We got seating at Gino's, the restaurant at Cobble Walk. As all the outside tables were taken, we decided to sit in the smoking area as it was empty at the time. None of us are smokers. After quite a wait, I went to find out if someone was going to serve us. The owner came to our table and informed us that he was very busy and as we were sitting in the smoking area, he could not assign a waiter to us. The reason being, that the smoking area was actually a service that he really was not expected to cover. We informed him that we were not smokers. He took our drinks order. Another 15 minutes passed. A waiter brought our drinks and we Ordered food. Half an hour passed. When my father asked how long till we received our food, the owner exploded. He started ranting that we could not speak to him in that tone, that WE had had a bad attitude since we arrived and that we should please leave. We were stunned. He shouted at us and threw my daughter's sandwich on the table. He was shouting, telling us to calm down, while we sat there stunned. We paid for our coffee's and left. Word of advice: never go there. Ever.
