Saterday 16/02/2013 18h09 - I ordered 3x Choc Brownie Avalanches and 1x Milky Bar Chrush. Arriving at the deliviry window, there was no one in sight, after? 1 minute I call the guy at the fryers (you can see him standing) and asked whether some one is seeing to my order - he then shouted to the back and suddenly this guy appeard, all sweaty and warm, carrying the choc brownies intended for the Avalanches, with his bare hands, he saw me watching him and he dropped it somewhere to the left and turn his back to the window! I then asked him what he was carrying in his hands and he said NOTHING!!! I asked to see what he was carrying and he refused to show me and the next moment he just dissapeard - I then asked to see the manager, who was friendly and appologetic and helpful, but it does not explain what this Sulama employee was doing - WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - I called in and reported it, but the sad thing is, they take only minor details down and what do they do, sent you a letter by POST (in this date and time!!) This was my second complain in 2 weeks - no 1 ref P3/13/265 - no 2 ref P3/13/2222 - are KFC area managers to important to make personal calls to clients?
