For the past 2 weeks I have stopped every evening at 17:30 at KFC at Gift Acres in Lynnwood rd. of the 10 times, I was only able to get ice-cream for my son twice.
Every time they had a different story: heat cycle; no ice-cream; machine broken etc.
This is pathetic and I really think KFC should halve the Ice cream variety on their menu as they are unable to deliver on 80% of the occasions.
