I reported that McDonald's Benoni, has a problem with staff that cant hear while placing orders (into a box) then the "manager" phoned me (a coloured gent) only to be told that his black staff cant sometimes understand white people! and kept apologising? Why apologise and turn it into a thing?? now should i go where there are white people working at McDonald's? At this point an apology was no where near sincere!!!
