Disgusting service at McDonald's Wonderboom... first They can not help me with a cash and card payment, for the first time ever they want to charge me for soda water R2 for the cup..where before I always got soda water for free of charge... then the manager is to tell me it is how it work that they must charge for the cup and then when I ask him from when did this charging for a cup start he have the audacity to tell me it is non of my business when that chanced... and then I left with my food.when I arrived at home not all my food is in the packets!!! So I left my house that is 7km from the wonderboom McDonald's to go and fetch my 9 year old daughters food that the McDonald's staff did not put in the bag... when I arrived I ask for my food they gave it but not one's will one of the stuff members apologise for the mistake... I will never put my feet in a McDonald's ever again and so will I spread the word to all my friend, family and my co workers of this bad experience... hope the management team of McDonald's will start looking in to this problems because its not gone belong that McDonald's is gone start closing doors in this economic stand in South Africa FOR POOR SERVICE
