My family and I always visit Primi at the lifestyle centre as my daughter loves the play area. Yesterday we were there for lunch and we ordered the calamari for her as she only eats a few things and thats one of them. More than halfway into our meal, I decided to tase the calamari. It was absolutely disgusting and awful. Firstly the calamari was stale! We may not be chefs but I know when seafood is stale. It had an old bitter tast to it. She is 4 and doesnt know anyt better. I sent the plate back as soon as I tasted it. My husband was equally as disgusted. The manager offered us a dessert to compensate for this but we were still charged for the calamari! What if my daughter got sick from that?? The dessert on the other hand was creme brulee which I dont think they how how its suppose to be made. the sugar was not caramilised and we ate sugar granules with scramled custard!!! It was equally bad! How can you serve food of that nature to customers??? Eating stale seafood, one can easily get sick or food poisoning and on top of that, we had to pay for that horrible meal?? We visit Primis almost every 2nd weekend, I doubt we shall be visiting anytime soon!!!
