I had a Groupon voucher for CTFM Menlyn for 2 seafood platters. There was so many things that went wrong that day - i'm never going to any CTFM ever. It took more than 45 minutes between starter & main to be served.By the time the food arrived the calamari, mussels & chips were ice cold, only the fish was hot. The fish still had so much bones in it (1 or 2 small bones i can understand..when its more than 10 & bigger bones than its a problem). The calamari was spongy. The waitress never came back during the course of the meal to find out if everything is OK or to get more drinks, i actually couldn't see her on the floor to call & ask to take the food back to get reheated. The worst was a piece of calamari that i had bitten into was spoilt, the worst thing i ever tasted, i spat is out & didn't't continue eating the rest of the calamari, I felt as if it was going to throw-up. When the waitress finally showed up @ the end of the meal i complained about everything & told her about the calamari, all she said was sorry, she will inform the kitchen. After that experience i'm never going to another CTFM.
