I was in the Musgrave area on the 18 October 2013, I decided to have lunch at Jimmy's in Musgrave. I have a beat back dinning card so I called the call centre and they had mad a reservation for myself and my boyfriend.
When we got there we ordered to Tea's and when it came to us it was cold, I had to ask the waiter to please warm the water. We ordered a starter then our main meal.
We ordered to main meals, Prawn& Calamari and a Rib and Prawn platter. to our surprise the food arrived cold and the calamari was literally 4 pieces/tubes which was very very small and to add to that the Calamari was not cooked, and the Calamari which was suppose to be Cajun spice was just salted. A manager came to our table we complained about the calamari which we had placed on a side plate, the manger took the side plate with the calamari and didn't return, not even with a apology.
I strongly feel that we got treated unfairly due to our dinning discount, if that was the case then I would have paid full price for a proper meal.
