I support burger perfect and pizza perfect in northlands corner shopping centre every weekend... but I am often disappointed... last weekend i asked pizza perfect for extra olives on my pizza, so for R10 extra I only got 5 pieces of olive on my pizza, whereas normally they put a decent amount of olives... Sifiso the branch manager told me he would make me a new one will the olives i should get, but they simply sent back the same pizza with olives added... i didn't want to complain further so just ate the pizza. Today I order from burger perfect and got only a HALF portion of chips with my Ultra Perfect burger meal... Once again I complained to Sifiso at the shop whom told me they would send me more chips... It actually felt like Sifiso only wanted to send the chips to shut me up and not because he cared... You should take the word "perfect" out of your shops name... I will never support your shops again... i want to relax on a sunday but lately Burger and Pizza perfect only disappoint. I have a picture of the half portion of chips I received as evidence... now I will fear buying food them again as I will fear disappointment.
