I am quite often at Wilgeheuwel Hospital and 9/10 times go to Dulce Cafe for something to eat or drink. It is unfortunate that every time we visit this restaurant, the service from the waiters/waitresses is the same - BAD. There is never an improvement in their attitude or service - Manager/Owner, please take an interest and get your staff to as well.
