On the 14-02-2013, Valentines Day. My family & I went for a pizza. I asked the lady behind the counter if I could substitute the onion & spring onion with another extra topping. Now, firstly, as soon as we walked in, I could see the 'I am irritated' expression on her face & her untidiness. Disgraceful. She told me in a very abrupt voice, a few of the toppings that I could substitute with. I politely asked her to please indicate on the menu, placed under the glass counter, ALL toppings. 'No, I'm telling you what topping you can have' - were her exact words. I took the take-way menu, situated 30cm away from where we were both standing & I indicated to her all the toppings that a client should know of & the next time a client wants to know their options, show them the appropriate menu. I requested the OWNERS details, ' I'm the manager, if you have any problems, speak to me' with a cenacle smile, abrupt & load voice.
My daughter is 3 years old, & she asked me why is the lady fighting. As soon as I turned my back, she contacted the Owner, & told the owner, I am insisting on substituting for more expensive toppings. I paid for toppings (bacon) & didnt get it on our pizza.
