We stopped at the KFC at between 01h00 and 02h00 in the morning on 03/02/2013. We ordered a few colonel burgers, paid, and then waited for a few minutes. The woman then came back and said we need to wait fifteen minutes as there was no plain chicken available, only Zinger. We said we would wait as we did not want the Zinger chicken. She then went off and came back a few minutes later to tell us that the chicken was now going to take another hour. We had now waited ten minutes only to be told that we could not be assisted.
Firstly; how could she not have known this when we first arrived? Secondly; how does KFC run out of chicken?
We ended up having to drive to other outlet on Delmas Rd where we were eventually assisted.
