For all the years ive been an ocean basket loyal customer i have never ever received such disgusting bad attitude from a waitress. to make matters worse this was a second incident from the very same person. the first time i just ignored it and let it slip but when she repeated again i had to make sure i call her to order. it all started when my husband asked for a simple glass of water the waitress ignored our request and chatted away with her colleague as my husband called her again to remind her she lashed out @ us looked us from our toes upto our head and said shed heard us the 1st time with the worst attitude ever with signs of belittleling us as if we were just nobodies, she didnt bother to come but sent someone else to bring it we explained to our waiter and asked her to call the culprit she said she wont come to our table because we had demanded the water instead of begging which was entirely untrue she refused to appologies and continued to make comments abt us to her colleagues the only thing that was left for her to do is come over to our table and slap us across our faces. i have never been so humiliated and disrespected in this manner my entire life.
