So I am met by a psychotic 'till lady' @ ur rosebank store, who says it is 'against the law' to give me all 'flat wings' in my hotwings 6 meal? Previously I was able to get exactly what I wanted @ other stores!!
This is not the first time, I received pathetic service @ that store. The other day another 1 of the staff members got agro and said 'haibo, our wings are frozen, we will not make 4 u now.' I mean seriously - . I have stores in many malls and I will encourage my staff not to purchase from chicken licken as they have no idea how to accomodate customers or what customer service is. I will not purchase again, as having what suits me - 'is against the law.'
