BEST Service I ever had

On monday 11 Feb, i went to KFC Wonderboom Junction, for something to eat.

I was served by a lady named Johanna, also working in the Food Industry I know what they are taught, but Johanna was brilliant, first time in 25 years I was greeted with a smile at any fast food franchise store.

She was friendly from the first word, smiled the whole time and made one feel welcome. She tried to upsell which I appreciated knowing how difficult it is for servers to upsell. She spoke clearly, was friendly and knew what she was doing.

I will definitely return to KFC Wonderboom Junction and any KFC because of this GREAT service. She should be a example for any KFC worker.
