Complaint / review / scam report

My son and I were at the Dros Canal Walk on Sunday, 31 July 2016. There were 12 tables and five waiters.

We waited 23 minutes for a waiter to attend our table to take our drinks order. The time it took for them to bring our drinks and take our food order was even longer. In the time that we were there, two tables got up and left the restaurant due to the absolutely shocking service. If it weren't for my son, I would have done the same. The table adjacent to ours was left dirty for more than an hour after the patrons had left - this is absurd!!

My food was brought to my table cold so I sent it back. By the time my son had finished his food, mine still had not arrived. Needless to say, I did not eat in the time I was at the restaurant and took the food in a take away. I had ordered a pizza which was virtually inedible and was thrown away at home after I had just one slice. The manager on duty did not seem too perturbed about my complaint either.

I understand that each Dros is individually owned and I find it completely unfair that a business should be run into the ground due to bad service and food.

Please could you look into this further and let me know the outcome.
