Bad Service, No response, ZILCH customer care

On Sat morning my hubby and I stopped at Mugg and Bean Gateway for a breakfast. We ordered 1 OTG and 1 scone and cream, with tea. The OTG arrived real quickly, however the scone did not arrive for at least 10 mins, my hubby had already eaten his meal, when I duly asked to speak to the manager as our waitress was MIA. Well 10 mins more and no manger to be seen. Our Waitress then arrives with the scone and tells us she is sorry but she did not know that the OTG had already been served. The scone was cold, the tea was cold by now as well, still no manager. I proceeded to eat a bit of the scone as I was hungry. When the bill was brought we were given a form to complete on our thoughts about the service. We provided our names, and phone numbers. Well guess what almost 3 days later and still no call from anyone. Very poor service MR Manager
All I can say is I will never set foot in this establishment again as they most certainly do not care for their customers and obviously they make enough money that they dont need to worry about client satisfaction. Thank goodness our usual MUGG and Bean, Bedford Centre care about their clients and the service that they provide.
