Non payment for services rendered

I was contracted to do building/shop outfit in a Fish & Chips franchise in Table Bay, Cape Town and was only paid the deposit which was - 50% of the full contracted price.
I have sent my outstanding balance invoices on the 14th of November 2013 and the 18th of December 2013 and have not been paid or had any response from the CEO Emilia de Sousa or Nelson de Sousa. I emailed it again on 4/02/2014 and faxed it also today 05/02/2014.
