My name is Blessed Magogo, I am now desperate,

I wanted to buy a Traditional Brands/ Old-fashioned Fish and chips existing outlet

I was requested to pay R150k for deposit and after the bank declined my finance application they are continuously passing the buck

Their main reason is that Emilia the CEO is booked offsick, everyone at the office says I am just helping and they do not allow me to see her face to face

it's been 3 months being told Emilia is offsick yet I gave my money to the company not an individual

Please assist, I am now desperate, I had also signed an offer to purchase for a bank repo cheap house and I lost the deal

If big people like Fish and Chips are letting down the bars, what about an ordinary citizen

I have been promised phone calls by Emilia but nothing is forthcoming

I saved this money from my salary and commission, please help expose such unethical behaviour

They are actually threatening to take another 20k from my deposit yet the fish and chips I wanted is no longer for sale and the bank also declined my application saying they wanted security
