I ordered a take away from Spur in Vanderbijlpark over the weekend. When I received the order, I was not satisfied with the quality and freshness of the food. I Immediately phoned the Spur branch where I made the order and I was assisted by JP (Manager). I explained my problem to him and he assured me that his direct manager will get in contact with me. A while later, Shaun, the operational manager phoned me back and immediately resolved my problem. Both these personnel were friendly, helpful and kept apologising about the error.
I later learned that Shaun was off duty on the night of my complaint and went out of his way to call and assist me.
Thank you guys, this service is highly appreciated. We need more people like you in the industry.
